In light of the encouraging user reactions/consumer reports regarding our products/product quality, we as the manufacturers would like to expressly state here that our products, in the purely legal sense, are not medicines or drugs of any kind and that they, regardless of their quality, should not replace any treatment of any disease.

From a legal point of view, our products are freely saleable (non-prescription) products declared as dietary supplements.

Due to the existing Austrian and German laws on advertising in the health sector, according to which no statements on healing properties of food, dietary supplements or other natural healers can be made even if they would be expected to heal, we see ourselves as a serious company obligated/determined to make this (voluntary) clarification/information/note.
