Vitamin E phyto Complex Capsule

In addition to the vitamins A, D and K, vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins that our body needs. Vitamin E cannot be produced by the body itself and must therefore be taken regularly to maintain good health.

“Vitamin E phyto complex capsules” from EVOLUTION provide the body with a vitamin E spectrum from natural vitamin E consisting of D-alpha tocopherol & tocotrienols together with an effective combination of vitamin C, rose hip, aronia, goji and broccoli extract.

Vitamin E is a vitamin group that consists of different compounds and is divided into tocopherol and tocotrienols. Each compound has its special health properties and interacts optimally with the others. D-alpha-tocopherol is the form of vitamin E that shows the highest bioactivity. The spectrum of tocotrienols is currently of particular scientific interest.

Good vitamin E in combination with vitamin C

The natural form of vitamin E is D-alpha-tocopherol, which is used in our capsules. This is best absorbed by the body.

A synthetic form of vitamin E is, for example, L-alpha-tocopherol. This compound not only shows a lower bioavailability and bioactivity in the body, it is also suspected of producing undesirable health effects.

It is important to combine taking higher doses of vitamin E with vitamin C. Many studies show that taking high-dose vitamin E is harmful. The desired, positive health effects can only be achieved in combination with vitamin C.

Vitamin E against oxidative stress

Vitamin E has many functions in the body. For example, it helps protect the body's cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress arises from "free radicals" in the body as well as from environmental toxins and unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as fast food, alcohol, smoking. Healthy cells are destroyed and their natural function impaired, which in turn can be the trigger for many diseases. Free radicals also promote premature aging and make wrinkling clearly visible.

Vitamin E is an important antioxidant and part of every cell membrane. In the cell membranes, the protective covering of every cell, vitamin E shows one of its most important effects: protecting the cell membranes from the damaging effects of free radicals.

Without the protection of vitamin E, the free radicals could oxidize one fat molecule after another until the healthy, oily cell membrane is completely hardened and defective. Such damaged cells can hardly transport nutrients through the cell wall, which causes the cells to age prematurely and become sick

Why does it make sense to always combine vitamin E with vitamin C?

Vitamin E acts as a protective force in the cell membranes. When vitamin E is used up as an antioxidant, it can itself become a free radical and cause damage to the cell membrane. Therapeutically dosed vitamin E should therefore always be taken in combination with vitamin C, which can convert oxidized vitamin E back to the “healthy ready-to-use” vitamin E and thereby develops its antioxidative force back again. Vitamin E active capsules from Evolution therefore contain a high dose of basic buffered vitamin C.

Where else can vitamin C help?

  • It helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
  • It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
  • It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • It contributes to the normal collagen formation for normal functioning of blood vessels, skin and bones.
  • It increases the iron absorption in the body.
  • It contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Four superfoods for additional support of vitamin E

“Superfood” refers to foods that have a particularly high content of vitamins, minerals and/or secondary plant substances. The four well-known superfoods broccoli, goji, aronia and rose hip traditionally have a wide range of uses. Every single one shows an antioxidant effect and has an excellent anti-inflammatory effect in the body. In this way, they support and complement the effects of vitamin E and vitamin C in the body.
