Composition
Premium quality: sodium bicarbonate, alpine salt, sea salt, sodium carbonate, Himalayan salt, Rügener chalk, dead sea salt, all finely ground to a fine powder

Recommended dose
Depending on the water's hardness, put 3-4 table spoons into a full bathtub. Useful for a full bath 2-3 times a week (Min. 1/2 hour), also for washes, partial baths, salt socks and gloves, salt wrap as well as salt massages.
