Your Schedule

1. Stage – Stop the carbohydrates
  • Actively cut down carbohydrate intake.
  • Activate fat burning enzymes with egg whites and vegetables.

  • Additionally, you can eat vegetables, nuts and fresh salad once a day in the afternoon.
  • Do not eat any snacks.

2. Stage – Protein Menu
  • Drink a Body Balance Complex Shake (Vanilla) at an interval of at least 4 hours two times every day.
  • Supplement your protein menu with milk products, fish, meat, eggs, mushrooms and soya products.
  • Midday and evening: salad, fish, meat or vegetarian. In this week, supplement your menu with carbohydrates from vegetables.
  • Take 3 x 10 drops of Body Slim Fit, to support detoxification, purification and elimination uniformly.
  • Take a capsule of Figur 21 Gluco Stop once a day.
  • Remain on this level for three weeks. You can extend this level for up to 4 weeks if you wish to lose more.
3. Stage – Remain slim
  • After a month, fat burning enzymes have formed. Now, you can start taking carbohydrates such as potatoes, bread, noodles and rice in small quantities again.
  • Eat three times a day. Keep an interval of at least 4 hours between the meals so that your fat burning enzymes have time to metabolise fat. Avoid carbohydrates in the evening, instead, prefer egg whites.

Tips for long-term success

  • Reduce your carbohydrate intake and re-plan your long-term menu in favour of egg whites.
  • Choose high quality, nutrient-rich food and avoid fast food and the so-called industrial waste. Organic-regional-seasonal should be your nutrition philosophy.
  • Increase the roughage intake in your nutrition. So eat a lot of vegetables and fruits!
  • Prefer high quality vegetable fats (mono and poly unsaturated fatty acids)!
  • Avoid eating often (keep an interval of at least 4 hours)!

  • Drink at least 2-3 litres of water every day.
